This is truly a beatiful /hard to find coat. Made in Austria...Boiled wool ..unlined BUT WARM..Powder blue in color with soft grey faux fur on the collar and wrists..Not removable..Mother of pearl buttons..This is 1 of 6 coats I purchased from Germany 2 years ago..I buy ahead .It is a 92/2T BUT will fit a 3T also..The shoulders are about 11" and blend in with the sleeve which is about 12"... 23" long
